How to Leave a Review or Report a Problem With an Order?

LEAVE A PRODUCT REVIEW

You can leave a review for a product right after your arrival date. The estimated delivery time promised by the shop is listed on your purchase page, next to your order status.

After arrival of the product, you have 15 days to leave a review or open a case within this time frame. You can only leave a review from your customer account.
