Shipping Policy
You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by sending us a message here on Forstep Style from your customer account. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, you need to inform us in writing within 14 working days of receiving the item.
You can contact us by clicking the “contact us” button below on the product detail page. You may also return any item to us within days, after the package will be arrived to you. We will refund only if the item (s) never received, becomes faulty or it's not in good condition.
If for some reason (customs delays) goods are not received in the statement delivery time, we will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from. The estimated delivery time is 12-45 days - worldwide. However, you may receive your package on the 12 day or earlier.
*Please note that working days do not include weekends and bank holidays. Also, processing time (processing days) does not include weekends. This delivery time period depend of the postal service you will choose.
7. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.
8. To be eligible for a return, buyer’s item must be unused and in the same condition that he/she received it. Buyer’s item must be in the original packaging. Also, their item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Russian customers take the risk of shipping. Packages send to Russia may take some extra time due to Russia’s customs.
