We offer both ''free'' and ''paid'' delivery option for all international orders. Free deliveries are sent via ePocket, and paid via DHL Express. This item ships in 3-5 business days. All packages are trackable. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ship out.

Refund Policy

Dear costumer,

Due to Covid 19 pandemic, all shipments might be late, so please have patience. You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by contacting us first. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, you need to inform us in writing within 14 business days following the day of receiving the item.

You can contact us by clicking the “contact us'' button from our store here on the platform OR you can mesage us directly from your customer account. You may also request a refund within the money back guarantee time frame of 14 days following the day of receiving the item. We will refund only if the item (s) becomes faulty, it's not in good condition or goods are not received (confirming date varies by choosing different courier services).

We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from and which courier/postal service are you going to use.
