If for some reason (customs delays) goods are not received in the statement delivery time, we will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Russian customers take the risk of shipping. Packages send to Russia may take some extra time due to Russia’s customs.
10. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery.
