Due to Covid 19 pandemic, all shipments might be late, so please have patience. You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by contacting us first. If you receive an item and wish to return it, you need to inform us in writing within 14 business days following the day of receiving the item.

You can contact us by clicking the “contact us'' button from our store here on the platform OR you can message us directly from your customer account. You may also request a refund within the money-back guarantee time frame of 14 days following the day of receiving the item. We will refund only if the item (s) becomes faulty, it's not in good condition, or goods are not received (confirming date varies by choosing different courier services).
