Due to Covid 19 pandemic, all shipments might be late, so please have patience. You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by contacting us first. If you receive an item and wish to return it, you need to inform us in writing within 14 business days following the day of receiving the item.

You may also request a refund within the money-back guarantee time frame of 14 days following the day of receiving the item.
