Mostly,we will ship your items within 5 business days after confirmation of paymment. But if some are OUT OF STOCK or BAD WEATHER or other reasons, we will contact you at first time, and you can keep waiting for it or change others color/style/to replace or refund.
You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by sending us a message here on Forstep Style from our store front: If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, you need to inform us in writing within 14 working days of receiving the item.

You may also return any item to us within 7 days, after the package will be arrived to you. We will refund only if the item (s) never received, becomes faulty or it's not in good condition.

The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from. The estimated delivery time is 12-45 days - worldwide. However, you may receive your package on the 12 day or earlier.
*Please note that working days do not include weekends and bank holidays. Also, processing time (processing days) does not include weekends. This delivery time period depend of the postal service you will choose.
7. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Russian customers take the risk of shipping. Packages send to Russia may take some extra time due to Russia’s customs.
10. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery.
