We offer both ''free'' and ''paid'' delivery options for all international orders. Free deliveries are sent via ePacket and paid via DHL/FedEx/USPS Express. Usually, we ship out in 3-5 business days following the day order is placed. All packages are trackable. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships out.

You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by contacting us from your account first. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Russian customers take the risk of shipping delays. Packages sent to Russia might take some extra time due to Russia’s customs and we are not responsible for such delays.

Refund Policy

Dear customer,

Due to Covid 19 pandemic, all shipments might be late, so please have patience. You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by contacting us first. If you receive an item and wish to return it, you need to inform us in writing within 14 business days following the day of receiving the item.

You can contact us by clicking the “contact us'' button from our store here on the platform OR you can message us directly from your customer account. You may also request a refund within the money-back guarantee time frame of 14 days following the day of receiving the item. We will refund only if the item (s) becomes faulty, it's not in good condition, or goods are not received (confirming date varies by choosing different courier services).

We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from and which courier/postal service are you going to use.
