Refund Policy

If you receive an item and want a refund, you need to inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will refund only if the item (s) never received, or it's slighlty different then images provided. We will not refund if the order is late because of customs delays. If the goods are not received within the prommised delivery time, we will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from. We ONLY accept returns send via Fed Ex or DHL because free shipping is not that much safe. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or its slighy different then images, in which case we will refund the return postage.
