Refund Policy
Dear costumer,
Mostly, we will ship your items within 5 business days after confirmation of paymment. But if some are OUT OF STOCK or BAD WEATHER or other reasons, we will contact you at first time, and you can keep waiting for it or change others color/style/to replace or refund.
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us from your account.. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the item.
You can contact us by clicking the “contact us” button from our storefront. You may also return any item to us within 7 days, after the package will be arrived to you. We will refund only if the item (s) becomes faulty, you received a slightly different product then purchased one and/or goods are not received. So if you want to excahnge an item due to size probem, first you should send us message and then we will send you an instructions where to return them. Please keep on mind that we only accept returns from DHL and USPS / FEDEX.
