You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by contacting us first. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, you need to inform us in writing within 14 working days of receiving the item.
You can contact us by clicking the “contact us here” button here. You may also return any item to us within 14 days, after the package will be arrived to you. We will refund only if the item (s) becomes faulty, it's not in good condition or goods are not received (confirming date varies by choosing different courier services).
We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund via bank transfer or Pay Pal. The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from.
