If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, you need to inform us in writing within 14 working days of receiving the item. You can contact us by clicking the “Contact Us Here ” button on our store page.
You may also return any item to us within days 14 days, after the package will be arrived to you. We will refund only if the item (s) becomes faulty or it’s not in good condition.
Goods are not received (confirming date varies by choosing different courier services). In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
