Shipping Policy

You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by sending us a message here on Forstep Style from your customer account. If you receive an item and wish to return, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the item.

You can contact us by clicking the “contact us” button below on the product detail page. You may also return any item to us within days, after the package will be arrived to you. We will refund only if the item (s) never received, becomes faulty or it's not in good condition.

Please note that ''processing time'' or days needed for us to prepare and send the package to you are not calculated into shipping days at checkout. They are separate.

If for some reason (customs delays) goods are not received in the statement delivery time, we will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from. Please calculate the estimated delivery time for item at chekout.

*Please note that working (business) days do not include weekends and bank holidays. Also, processing time (processing days) does not include weekends. This delivery time period depend of the postal service you will choose.

7. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Russian customers take the risk of shipping. Packages send to Russia may take some extra time due to Russia’s customs.

10. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery.
