You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by sending us a message here on Forstep Style from your customer account. If you receive an item and wish to return, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the item.

If for some reason (customs delays) goods are not received in the statement delivery time, we will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund. 10. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery.
