We offer both ''free'' and ''paid'' delivery options for all international orders. Free deliveries are sent via ePacket and paid via DHL/FedEx/USPS Express. You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped by contacting us first. If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason, you need to inform us in writing within 14 business days following the day of receiving the item.
