You may also return any item to us within 14 days, after the package will be arrived to you. We will refund only if the item (s) becomes faulty,  its slightly different then discribed, or it’s not in good condition. Goods are not received (confirming date varies by choosing different courier services). We will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, we will process your refund via bank transfer. The time it takes for your package to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from. Please note that confirming date varies by choosing different courier services + there are 2-3 processing days (time to prepare the package before shippment). You can calculate the shipping cost at checkout page. Shipping costs shown may include fuel surcharges. Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear all responsibilities for all extra charges incurred (if any).

*Please note that working days and processing days do not include weekends and bank holidays. This delivery time period depend of the postal service you will choose. Also, consider the processing days (preparation days) set up by our side at each product price page.

6. If the shipping fee is too high for an item you would like to order, you may contact us regarding shipping cost. Or you may also choose alternative shipping methods to lower the shipping cost (e.g. state’s post office)

7. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case we will refund the return postage.

8. To be eligible for a return, buyer’s item must be unused and in the same condition that he/she received it. Buyer’s item must be in the original packaging. Also, their item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the we may refuse a refund if the garment has been made according to your precise measurements ie made-to-measure. The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Russian customers take the risk of shipping. Packages send to Russia may take some extra time due to Russia’s customs.

10. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs, taxes and duties to customers.
